Dunyeats Road Consultation Session 1

18 August 2026, 18:00–20:00 · North Reach Annexe, St Johns Church, Broadstone · Scheduled

Broadstone Town Council is inviting residents to attend one of two public consultation sessions regarding the Dunyeats Road junction.

Following concerns raised by residents and recent serious accidents at the junction, the Town Council is seeking local views on a range of potential safety measures that have been suggested.

At the sessions, information will be displayed outlining the possible options, and residents will have the opportunity to indicate which measures they believe would improve safety and which they do not support.

The feedback received will help the Town Council understand local opinion and will be shared with BCP Council as part of ongoing discussions about the future of the junction.

Please note that Broadstone Town Council does not have authority over the highway and cannot make changes to the road network. Responsibility for highways rests with BCP Council. However, the Town Council is committed to representing the views of the community and ensuring local feedback is heard.
